YOUR BUYING BUSINESS
For tool businesses with a warehouse, trade counter, website or dealer network. We review your catalog, suggest 3–5 complementary items, compare grades and coordinate a mixed-category order.
YOUR QUESTION“Can we add matching ratchets, extensions and tool sets to the sockets we already sell?”
Bring your current catalog, the items you want to add, your preferred quality tier and destination. Products can carry your house brand, a private label or neutral packaging.
For distributors supplying repair shops, fleet maintenance teams and industrial workshops for resale. Source connected lines of pullers, sockets, ratchets, wrenches and pipe tools without managing a separate workflow for each factory.
YOUR QUESTION“How do we add more maintenance categories without adding five supplier conversations?”
Share the applications your customers serve, your existing range and replenishment pattern. We align specifications, material tiers and mixed-order requirements around your trade supply business.
For established small tool brands with active sales channels. Start with mature designs, adapt the logo and packaging, and confirm the sample and MOQ before the bulk order.
YOUR QUESTION“Can our logo and packaging work on proven tools at a manageable order quantity?”
Bring a product reference, brand artwork and packaging requirements. We coordinate laser marking, sleeves, cases and barcodes; complex, unvalidated mold development is not the starting point.
DESTINATION REQUIREMENTS
Tool sizes, labels, packing and route requirements depend on where the order is going. Destination questions are part of the brief, not a claim of universal market approval.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
The order baseline separates supplier declarations, agreed physical checks and any additional independent testing.
Material and batch records supplied by the manufacturer. A declaration is not an independent test result.
Agreed dimensions, fit, appearance, marking and carton details, recorded within the order’s stated scope.
Performance or metallurgical testing only where arranged and accepted with the buyer. Actual results require a separate report.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. Mixed-category orders are a core part of our sourcing service. Individual items still need to meet practical manufacturing and packaging minimums, especially for custom color boxes. We help structure trial orders—often $2,000–$8,000 USD—across complementary categories and consolidate them into one shipment. Smaller paid sample or test orders are also supported.
These values are illustrative planning references. Actual item MOQs, specifications, packaging and freight are agreed for your list.
HEHE is our sourcing and service brand; it does not have to appear on your tools. Choose neutral workshop packaging or a private-label order with your laser-etched logo, custom handle colors, color sleeves, blow-molded cases and retail barcodes.
Artwork, marking position, color, packaging stock and relevant MOQs are confirmed against a sample before the production run.
We collect the samples at our office, check them against the requested grades and finishes, and arrange one consolidated courier parcel. This lets you review the connected range together instead of coordinating separate international parcels from each factory.
Sample costs, collection charges and courier arrangements are agreed before dispatch. Any material or performance requirement needing independent testing is agreed separately.
The record makes the agreed product baseline and check scope explicit. Before deposit, it records dimensions, material grade, finish, packaging and the checks to be carried out. Before shipment, we document the agreed physical, visual and dimensional checks with photos, review the available manufacturer material records and resolve discrepancies with you.
HEHE is a sourcing and export partner working with specialized manufacturers. The record defines the agreed scope and evidence; any completed test requires its own actual result and supporting report. If destructive torque or metallurgical testing is required, independent testing through a provider such as SGS or TÜV can be arranged by agreement. Applicable criteria, evidence and acceptance decisions belong to the individual order.
Send your item list, product photos or a link to your current website or catalog, together with approximate quantities and the quality tier you want: standard trade or heavy-duty industrial. Add known dimensions, drive size, steel grade, ratchet tooth count, finish and case or packaging requirements.
A “1/2-inch socket set” can mean several different specifications and prices. A reference sample, intended use and destination help us compare like for like and identify what still needs confirmation.
EXW, FOB—including Qingdao, Ningbo and Shanghai—and CIF can be discussed for the agreed route. DDP options depend on the destination and service availability. We can work with your existing freight forwarder or help coordinate a shipping option.
Multi-supplier goods can be consolidated onto unified pallets. For the agreed consolidated shipment, we coordinate the commercial invoice, packing list and customs-document package. The chosen Incoterm, named place, charges and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation.
