The site describes HEHE’s tool sourcing and export support. Representative products, grades, packaging options, order budgets and planning examples help explain possible arrangements; availability and final specifications depend on the individual enquiry and written agreement.
A brief is a starting point
Preparing, copying or sending an order brief does not create an order, reserve stock, approve a sample, commit payment or guarantee a quotation. A generated reference identifies the locally prepared brief. Delivery occurs only when you send the email through your email service.
Quotations and orders
Products, quantities, material and performance requirements, packaging, sample approval, check scope, payment, delivery terms and any applicable acceptance criteria must be agreed in the relevant quotation and order documents. Where a named Incoterms® rule is used, the named place or port and the agreed version should be stated in those documents.
Demonstration records and sourcing guidance
The interactive confirmation record, checklist selections and evidence previews are simulations. They do not establish that an inspection occurred, a test passed or an order was approved. Guide content explains purchasing questions and does not replace order-specific technical, customs, legal or tax advice.
Your reference materials
Provide accurate information and share only specifications, artwork and reference materials you are entitled to use. We coordinate independent suppliers; the website does not represent HEHE as the owner of every manufacturing facility or as an accredited laboratory.
